For your clientsMargin + control

The systems you alreadyget called about.

Every client you manage has phones, something on a screen or at the front desk, and a website somewhere — whether they're a salon, a multi-location practice, a law firm or a pure online seller. When any of it breaks they call you, and you burn an afternoon on a product you have no admin access to while the vendor keeps the subscription. Every one of these pays you a share, and hands you the keys.

ZynoTalkCloud phone system

Business phones you admin, not a vendor queue.

Most MSPs already earn a UCaaS partner cut. The real question isn't whether a phone system pays you — it's how much of your week it costs to earn it, and how much of it you have to ask permission for.

ZynoTalk is built to beat that typical partner cut, put the admin console in your hands, and keep quoting, agreements and hardware self-service — so you can take a client from "yes" to phones on the way without waiting on us.

What the client gets
  • Real business numbers, ported from whoever has them now
  • HD audio on every call — clear enough that clients notice, not just techs
  • AI call transcription and summaries standard — not an upgrade tier
  • Manager escalation, so a missed call doesn't just become a voicemail
  • Two-way SMS from the business line, not somebody's cell
  • Visual voicemail with searchable transcripts
  • Digital fax on a real fax number, with no machine
  • Browser, desk phone and a mobile app on the same extension
What it's worth to you
  • Ongoing share on every extension — built to beat a typical UCaaS partner rate, with an elevated introductory share on everything you bring in during your first 12 months
  • Self-service quoting, agreements and hardware orders — nothing waits on us to send something back
  • Call trace: follow a call through the flow hop by hop, instead of guessing at a routing complaint
  • A visual call-flow builder you can validate before you save it
  • The good features are standard, so there's no feature-gating conversation to have
  • Number porting handled by us, on a date you pick

Screens you changewithout driving over.

A lobby TV, a menu board, a waiting-room screen, a warehouse dashboard. The client already owns the glass — they just have someone walking over with a USB stick every time the content needs to change.

The point is that it runs on what's already on the wall. A Roku stick, a Samsung or LG hotel TV, an Android box, a Raspberry Pi — whatever they bought years ago. No rip and replace, and no hardware quote standing in front of the deal.

If a client wants touch — a check-in kiosk, an interactive directory — we also sell a 21" PoE touchscreen that arrives pre-configured. Convenience, not a prerequisite.

What the client gets
  • Images, video, live web pages and forms on screens they already own
  • Playlists and dayparting — the breakfast board becomes the lunch board
  • Live overrides when something needs to go up right now
  • Screen groups and bulk actions across every location
  • One media library shared by every device
  • Optionally, a pre-configured 21" PoE touchscreen for check-in kiosks and interactive directories
What it's worth to you
  • Nothing to buy first — it runs on Roku, Tizen, webOS, Android, Raspberry Pi and Vega, so "do we need new screens?" is answered before it's asked
  • A recurring share with no hardware conversation standing in front of it
  • Content changes from your desk — no site visit to swap a promo
  • Frozen player? Reboot it from ZynoRMM instead of driving across town
  • Deployable in an afternoon — pair a code, assign content, done
  • A pre-configured touchscreen available when a client wants a kiosk, without it being the price of entry
ZynoSuiteOperator console

The systems that actuallyrun the business.

Point of sale, customers, bookings, inventory, forms, online orders — and the employee time clock, which is usually a separate vendor again and the one behind the payroll argument every other Friday. Same stack whether the client is a salon, a clinic, a multi-location shop, an entertainment venue, or sells only online and fulfills from ZynoSales.

ZynoSuite is one login and one database across all of it. It's the biggest ticket here, and it makes you the systems integrator rather than the person explaining why two products disagree about a customer's address. Sales can sync to QuickBooks so the books don't become a second integration project.

Staff sign in against the identity you already manage — Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace — so there is no separate password for them and no separate user list for you to keep straight.

What the client gets
  • Point of sale, cash sessions, closeouts and end-of-day — or pure online sales with no counter
  • Online orders against the same catalog as the register — products, images, shipping and stock in one place
  • QuickBooks sync from ZynoSales so sales land in the books without a second stack
  • Employee time clock — staff sign-in, fingerprint punch and payroll-ready hours, on the same login as everything else
  • One customer record shared by every module
  • Appointments, deposits, waitlists and resources — including online booking so customers schedule themselves
  • Catalog and stock across registers, locations and the web store
  • Intake forms, waivers and custom fields that attach to the customer
  • Sign-in with the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account they already have — no extra password to forget
What it's worth to you
  • An ongoing share of the deepest system in their business — once sales run on it, it does not get swapped out
  • One system to learn and support instead of four that blame each other
  • Counter, web and multi-location share one catalog and one customer record — pure eCommerce clients included
  • The time clock alone usually retires a separate vendor — and a recurring support headache
  • Configuration you can do yourself — no change request, no waiting on a vendor
  • SSO and identity sync against Entra or Workspace — one list to administer, and offboarding stops being a checklist you can get wrong
  • ZynoRMM keeps the hardware it all runs on alive
  • Modular — start with one piece and grow the account over years

ZynoHostingWeb hosting

Their website becomes your problemthe day it goes down.

It's almost never your hosting. It's a $4-a-month reseller account somebody's nephew set up in 2016 — and you still get the call. Move it somewhere you control and that call becomes a login instead of an archaeology project.

High-performance WordPress with one-click admin login, or static HTML served fast — plus DNS and mail records done correctly the first time (SPF, DKIM, DMARC watched so deliverability problems surface before the client does). Site forms land in ZynoCRM today; when the client also runs ZynoSuite, catalog, stock and orders share the same system as the counter.

Prefer a CLI or an AI assistant for deploys? There's an MCP server and full CLI — optional power, not the default path. Put your own site on it too; this one is.

What the client gets
  • High-performance WordPress on PHP 8, tuned rather than stacked onto shared hosting
  • Static HTML sites served fast, with nothing to patch
  • Automatic TLS — certificates issued and renewed without anyone remembering to
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mail records set up correctly the first time
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC monitored continuously, so their mail keeps arriving
  • MySQL databases provisioned alongside the site
  • Site forms feeding ZynoCRM the moment somebody submits one
  • For a client on ZynoSuite, one customer record behind the website and the counter
  • Their own developer can keep SFTP access, chrooted to their site and nothing else
What it's worth to you
  • A share of hosting that recurs on every client site you move over
  • One-click login into any client's WordPress admin — no password reset, no hunting through a vault
  • Connects to the registrar or DNS they already use — Cloudflare, Route 53, Porkbun, Namecheap, GoDaddy — and provisions records automatically
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace DNS in a few clicks instead of a support article and a typo
  • Deliverability monitoring that tells you before the client does
  • Optional CLI and MCP server for deploys — use an AI assistant or your own tooling when you want; one-click admin when you don't
  • SFTP over SSH with your own keys, chrooted to the site
  • A scoped SSH tunnel to the database — only that host and port, so a local client can connect without opening anything else
ZynoHosting AnalyticsOne click

There is a tag.You just never touch it.

Switch it on for a site and the edge injects the tag into every HTML response as it's served. It never lives in the theme, so there's nothing for you to paste — or re-paste.

Everywhere else
<script async src="…/gtag/js?id=G-XXXX">
<script>window.dataLayer=…</script>

Paste it into the theme. Paste it again after the theme update silently drops it. Explain the hole in last month's numbers. Once per client, forever.

Here
Analyticsnorthgate.comOn

That's the whole thing. The tag is added as the page is served, so a theme update can't drop it and there's no page somebody forgot to template.

Nothing to install, per site — switch it on for a client and it is on, including for the static site with no CMS to paste into.
First-party by construction — the script and the endpoint it reports to are both on the client's own domain. No third-party host appears in the page at all.
Cookieless if you want it — and a server-only mode with no browser JavaScript at all, or a consent-gated mode where that's the requirement.
One less thing to hand over — no property to create, no tracking ID to email, no admin invite to chase.

This page runs on it. The tag is in the HTML — we just didn't put it there.

How it worksEnd to end

You keep the relationshipand the admin login.

We bill the client and run the platform. You quote it, you deploy it, you administer it — and you earn on the product itself, not only on the hours around it.

01
You spot the fit
You already know which client is limping along on a dying PBX or a lobby TV somebody updates by USB stick. You're the one they call about it. That's the whole prospecting step.
02
You quote it yourself
Build the quote, get the agreement signed and order the hardware without waiting on us. We are not a bottleneck standing between you and a client who is ready to say yes.
03
You deploy — or we do
Doing the install yourself is billable, keeps you in front of the client, and is where the admin access starts paying off. On the first one we will do it alongside you.
04
The share pays monthly
For as long as the account is live. If the client adds seats, screens or extensions later, the share grows with them — whether or not you were in the room.
